2. Services included in our annual rental management

A. Tenant placement (One-time fee: 1 month's rent including VAT)

• Publishing a professional listing on platforms and local networks.

• Organizing viewings.

• Thorough screening of tenant applications.

• Drafting the lease agreement and conducting the entry inspection.

B. Daily management (15% of the rent excluding charges)

• Monthly rent collection and transfer to your account.

• Monitoring and adjustment of service charges.

• Managing payment reminders.

C. Maintenance and repair management

• Handling repair requests (plumbing, electricity, etc.).

• Periodic inspections of your property’s condition.

• Coordinating necessary repairs with local professionals.

4. Transparent pricing

• Tenant placement fee: 1 month’s rent including VAT.
