General Conditions of Sale
Reservations are considered firm only if accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with full prepayment of the stay before the client's arrival.
No show
In case of no-show the same day, after 00:00 or 24:00, the entire stay is charged and the reservation canceled
Means of payment
You can pay with Visa, AMEX, Eurocard, Master Card, cash
Deposit
On arrival in your accommodation will be requested a deposit in cash or by check (depending on the type of accommodation) which will be given back at the time of departure if everything is in order in the accommodation.
In the event of a problem noted at the start, we reserve the right to keep the entire deposit.
Non-refundable conditions
Prepayment of the full amount of the stay when booking.
Once the reservation has been made, it cannot be modified and the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
This prepayment is not refundable in the event of cancellation, modification of the dates of stay or no-show.
TERMS OF CANCELATION
You will find, in the reservation, the amount of the costs charged in the event of cancellation. If your booking includes booking fees, please note that these are non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has arisen.
TAXES
The prices are displayed including VAT. The tourist tax, government or local taxes may be requested in addition.
ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME
Your apartment or chalet will be available from the time indicated on the reservation
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your apartment or chalet no later than the time indicated in the reservation.

DISLOCATION
In the event of an exceptional event or the impossibility of making the reserved apartment or chalet available to the client or in the event of force majeure, the chosen Cham'Concierge reserves the right to have the client totally or partially accommodated in an apartment or chalet. of equivalent category, for services of the same nature and subject to the Customer's prior agreement.
The possible additional cost of the apartment or chalet remains the responsibility of the owner of the property
FORCE MAJEURE - OTHER CASES
Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable and prevents either the Client or Cham'Concierge from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. Are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous event those usually recognized by the jurisprudence of the French Courts and Tribunals.
Each party cannot be held liable to the other party in the event of non-performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the cost of the resulting costs.
Furthermore, in the event of the impossibility of operating the apartment or chalet, in particular in the event of a delay in opening or non-opening of the establishment, Cham'Concierge may make use of the possibility of terminating the contract and will then reimburse the sums received from the Customer, to the exclusion of all other sums of any kind whatsoever, which the Customer declares to accept.
In the event of a reservation made via an OTA agency, the conditions of sale, cancellation and payment policies are those in force on the reservation platform
